Dennis Knapp wrote a sympathy message

“just a note that Cody was living in East Helena at the time of his death, not Big Sky. Big Sky is the name of the cremation place where we had him cremated. There will be no service. His ashes are being spread in Hanover PA where he had his favorite memories and at Bow and Arrow Christian camp in Paradise Valley Montana along side his grandfather's ashes.”
