It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy George Phillips of Big Timber, Montana, born in Dupont, Washington, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Phillips and Raymond Phillips; his brother Buzz Phillips; and his daughter Kim Phillips (Nancy Phillips). He is survived by: his close friends, Mike and Mary Phillips; his brothers, Dean, Jean and Bobby Phillips; his nephew Mike Phillips (Mary); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Doug, Steve, Dianna Dammann and Cheryl Garton (Clark). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
