He is survived by: his daughter Lily; his significant other Amanda; his friend Miguel; his son Casey Ross; his parents, Cheryl Meadows and Casey Meadows; his siblings, Lacy, Krista, Shasta, Rambo, Drake, Derek and Michael; and his pet Leyla. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
