She was predeceased by: her husband John Cory Perkins; her parents, Ingemann R. Hovland and Alice Mary Renier Hovland; and her sister Dagny A. Helberg. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Perkins Fletcher (David Curtis) and John Michael Perkins (Mike); her grandchildren, Julie Fletcher Grandt (Scott), Leslie Fletcher Mendenhall (Mark) and John Fletcher (Kathryn); her great grandchildren, Maddie Grandt, Ellie Grandt, Molly Mendenhall, Luke Mendenhall and Jack Fletcher; and her caregivers, Gladys, Rose, Josie and Esther. She is also survived by several other cousins and relatives.
