He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alvin Waller and Margery Koltes. He is survived by: his father Theodore Waller; his siblings, Leo Waller of Circle and Eldora Berry of Billings; his wife Vernice Curtis; and his children, Genie Loghry, Michael Gorsuch, Raymond Gorsuch (Duane), Art Waller and James Waller. He is also survived by family grew to include fifteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
