Bennie Bechtold Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Bechtold of Billings, Montana, born in Plevna, Montana, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bechtold and Christine Bechtold (Reib); his wife Carol Irvine; his daughter Robin; his parents-in-law, Wilber and Gertrude Irvine; his siblings, John, Ted, Herbert, Otto, Eddie, Bobby and Ann; his brothers-in-law, Lloyd Irvine and Bob Irvine (Delores); and his son-in-law Chip Fosland.

He is survived by: his children, Barry Bechtold (Tina) of Bozeman, MT and LuRae Fosland of Scobey, MT; his sister Martha Wenz; and his sisters-in-law, Leona Irvine and Echo Bechtold. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Baker High School scholarship fund.
