He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Hedges (Olive) and John Hedges; his aunts and uncles, Eddie, Bea, Maude, Lola, Orie and Clifford Longacre; and his granddaughter Sydney Hedges.
He is survived by: his sister Theresa Patterson; his children, Bonnie (Moody Lusby), Joe, Pauline, Daniel (Angie), Connie (Sam Silverman), Kathy (Doug Quast), Jody (Dan Alar), Patrick (Kirsti), Patricia (Allen Bross) and Trina; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Ashley, Dillon, Dakota, Mason, Shay and Cailey.
