She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Fischbach and Verna Fischbach; her husband George Herbert Peters; her children, Dawn Dick (Darrel) and David; her daughter-in-law Valerie; and her granddaughter Heather Lauwers Schlomer. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and one great-grandchild.
