He is survived by: his wife Katherine Owen (Neiman); his son Scotty Owen (Janene) of Cody, Wyoming; his great grandchildren, Marvell Jackson Jr. and Ronin Rayes; his brother Hal Owen (Sherry); and his sister-in-law Donna Owen.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Heights Family Funeral Home & Crematory (733 W Wicks Ln, Billings, MT 59105).
