We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2024, at the age of 57, Carl Werda of Billings, Montana, born in Alpena, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Adam Werda and Leona Werda (Sobek); and his brother-in-law Guy Kitchen. He is survived by : his wife Jill (Kitchen); his siblings, Janet Werda of Alpena, MI and Mark T. Werda of Alpena, MI; his parents-in-law, Guy and Mary Kitchen of Marysville, MT; his siblings-in-law, Scott (Jen) and Patricia Kitchen of Romeo, MI; his nieces and nephews, Mark Werda of Marquette, MI, Brock Werda (Amanda) of Pleasant Hill, CA, Jessica Kitchen, Rachel Kitchen and Amanda Kitchen of Romeo, MI; and his bernadoodle Wilson.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dahl Funeral Chapel (10 Yellowstone Ave, Billings, MT 59101). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountview Cemetery (1704 Central Ave, Billings, MT 59102).

In lieu of flowers, Carl has asked for donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
