She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Pattyn and Pete Pattyn; and her siblings, Chucky, Alice and Sylvia.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her sons, Jeff and Frank; and her siblings, Marjean (Doug), Eleanor (Gordy) and Glen Smith (Lori).
