In the vast expanse of eternity, Cecilia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cecilia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Bill Wyman; and her siblings, Phyllis, Jan, Len and Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Miller; and her siblings, Rita and Jim. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
