He was predeceased by: his father Louis Moore; his brother Greg Moore; and his grandparents, Elvie, Lucille Moore and Deanna Jones.
He is survived by: his mother Fawn Branum; his wife Kendra Moore; his stepfather Darrell; his children, Chad Moore Jr., Sasha Moore, Ezmay Moore and Mavis Fawn Moore; his stepchildren, Jasmine, Orion, Carter and Kamrin; his siblings, Leon Moore, Tyler Branum, Travis Branum and Casey Wakefield; his granddaughter Athena Moore-Knutson; his grandfather Bill Biehle; and his close friend Dennis Fournier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
