She is survived by: her daughters, Savannah Manetz (Ryan) and Ann Elisse Poiani; her grandchildren, Parker, Cooper Manetz and Mother Margie Moore; her brothers, Stormy Moore and Michael Hearn (Eric Lungren); her siblings' children, Aspen, Dustin Hearn and Keith Hearn; her siblings, Adria Henderson and Ron Henderson; and her siblings' children, Wyatt, Garrett Henderson and Tasha Nave. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
