He is survived by: his godchild Lighting; his daughter Stephanie (Mike); his significant other Carol; his sons, Greg Moritz (Mindy) and Tanner Ketchum; his grandchildren, Jon Herron, Josh (Ciara), Caden Ketchum, Jasmine Frank (Jake) and Jewel Glendenning; his siblings, Karla (Ken) and Randy; his sisters-in-law, Judy Hillner and Linda Sago; his former wife Pam Moritz; Hope Rathbun. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, plus many nieces, nephews and cousins.
