She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Margaret Sanders Jacobson; her husband Cliff; her son Neil; her parent Chris Jacobson; her sisters, Ella and Stella Jacobson; her grandparents, Charles, Sarah Sanders, Andrew and Ane Kraig; her granddaughter Casey Berger; and her brother-in-law Walter Berg.

She is survived by: her children, Helen Ann Litzsinger, Brian Lee (Peggy) and Terry Simonsen; her daughter-in-law Robin Bates Berg Shaffer; her siblings, Charles Jacobson (Jan), Roger Jacobson, Della Nielsen and Edna Tucker Black; her grandchildren, Josh Berg, Justis Berg of Oregon, Eric Berg, Christopher Berg of Billings and Leah Weitz (Andy) of Oregon; her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Andrew, Layla, Beck, LeLand, Calvin Weitz, Cyrus, Bennet and Geronimo Berg; and her caregivers, Danielle, Judy, Christina, Jessica, Amber and Eric. She is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
