He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kisling and Ruth Kisling (Dunnam); and his brothers, Jim, Dick and Pete.

He is survived by: his sons, David and Jim; his wife Sally; his grandson Cody; and his great grandchild Heston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a large and loving extended family.

The family invites memorial donations to Lab Rescue LRCP (lab-rescue.org), in honor of Dave's love for his many canine companions.
