He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Berry and Charlotte Berry; and his nephew Brandon Hart. He is survived by: his wife Lalaine Berry; his daughter Ashley Berry; his siblings, Melissa Hart (Jim), Lisa Norby (Jami) and Jesse Jackson (Katy); his stepson Jay Carl; his nieces, Brittney Bennett, Kristen Bennett and Sierrah Bennett; his great-nieces, Khloe and Mila; and his nephews, Derek Equez, Ben Ooley, Brian Hart and Brett Hart.
