He is survived by: his wife Lisa Miller; his brother Harold; his children, Susan Richardson and David Miller; his grandchildren, Alexandra Anderson and Brandon Richardson; his friend Walter Kuhr; RoseMarie Kline. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law.
