He is survived by: his granddaughter Karen; his wife Ellen Papka; his children, Kelly Campbell (James), Steve Lewis (Dana) and Karen Isaacson (Eric); and his siblings, Mary Ann Lewis, Alden Lewis, Dottie Ross and Jay Lewis (Kari). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
