She was predeceased by: her parents, George Reiter and Clara Reiter; and her husband Marvin Thompson. She is survived by: her sisters, Gloria and Diane; her children, Curtis (Melanie) and Marva (Thomas); her grandchildren, Kirsten (Elias), Anthony (Shannon), Zach (Samantha) and Aaron (Leah); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Thompson and Linkoln Dyba. She is also survived by her sisters, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and, many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Chapels (925 S 27th St, Billings, MT 59101). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elks Lodge (2413 Montana Ave, Billings, MT 59101).
