It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Irene Koch of Billings, Montana, born in Hardin, Montana, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Besel and Elizabeth Besel; her spouse Dale Koch; and her children, Scott, Kandi and Clark. She was also cherished by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings.
