She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Phillip "Peany" Holm and Ellen Louise (Holm); and her siblings, Jean Louise Price and Thomas William Holm. She is survived by: her former husband Albert Donovan Cummings; her sons, Donavan James, Robert Alan and Stephen Eugene (Cindy); her former husband Gary Walter Cornwell; her husband Scott; her son Donovan (Lori); and her siblings, Patricia and Roger. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
