He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Shrader and Muriel Shrader; and his siblings, Earl, Alan, Belva, Millie and Maxine.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Humphrey; his children, Cammy (Jim), Kenny (Lynn) and Beth (Tim Spint); his siblings, Ray, Alice and Ina (Steve Arneson); Joann (Ted Haverland) and Linda (Ed Carlson). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
