She was predeceased by: her parents, Lila Shorten and Clifford Shorten; and her husband Dale Welborn. She is survived by: her children, Charlene, Terry, Scott, Doug (Melissa), Dan (Terri), Joe (Sharon) and Marti; her grandchildren, Brian, Kari, Virginia, Dusty, Kyle, Savannah, Kip, Ashley, Amber, Seth, Devan, Dakota, Nick and Wes; and her sisters, Juanita and Wanda. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
