He was predeceased by: his parents, Everard Bemis (Eudora Bemis) and Eudora Bemis; and his son Alan Bemis. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Bemis (Still); his son Dale Bemis (Danea); and his siblings, Dean Bemis and Eileen Dennis.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Frank's honor to the American Legion or Hope United Methodist Church.
