He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wagner and Ruth Wagner; his wife Cindy; and his siblings, Jack, Ken, Tim and Betty Lind.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Wilkins and Roger Wagner (Tammy); his sons, Lee Wagner (Cheryl) and John Wagner; his grandchildren, Tyler, Kyle Wagner, Jordon Hughes and Audry Wagner; and his friend Christine Oviatt. He is also survived by pup, and numerous nieces and nephews.
