He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Trevor (Linda) and Ashley Johnson; his grandchildren, Avery Shy and Lily Jean; his child Cecily McDonald (Patrick); his grandchildren, Ali and Aria Carolyn; his brother Cody (Leslie); his nephew Kevin (Amy); Carol, Gabriel (Carolyn Esteves), Isabelle, Wyatt, Alicia Esteves, Kylan, Stella and Hank Jackson.
