He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Maeona Smith (Weldon); and his brother Jackson Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Julie Smith; his daughters, Andrea Smith, Janna Leintz (Tyler), Jenny Smith (Dane Brubaker), Lacey Weidman (Keith) and Kendra Allen (Ryan); his grandchildren, Grayson Leintz, Aspen, Adelyn Brubaker, Brenna, Layla, Carter Weidman, Levi, Rosalie and Jace Allen; his aunt Monica Weldon; his siblings, Beverly Lindley, Lana Thompson (Patrick), Frank Smith (Marcia), DeeDee Kostelecky and Scott Smith; and his sister-in-law Katy Pugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
