He was predeceased by: his mother Alice "Mae" Bellamy Hodgson; his wife Helen Dahl; his son Jim; his granddaughter Brooke Hodgson; his brother Robert Gary "Bob" Hodgson; his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Dahl, Allen Dahl, Phyllis Dahl and Dick Lasch; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Hulda Dahl.
He is survived by: his father Walter "Frank" Hodgson; his children, Jeanne Barsanti (Leo) of Billings and John Hodgson (Nani) of Fulshear, Texas; his grandchildren, Parker Barsanti (Mikayla) of Havre, Courtney Hodgson of Euless, Texas and Summer Hodgson of Fulshear, Texas.; his sister Sue Bornsen (Gary) of Inkster; and his siblings-in-law, Tomi Hodgson of Grand Forks, Bob Dahl of Devil's Lake and Jeanne Lasch of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
