It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Lee Bullis (Billings, Montana), born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Joe Lee shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joe Lee farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
