He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kolbeck and Nila Kolbeck (Wilcox). He is survived by: his brother Glen Kolbeck (Debbie); and his daughters, Teresa Kolbeck, Cora Votruba (Myron) and Laura Hall (Matt). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Smith West Chapel (304 34th St W, Billings, MT 59102). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Yellowstone National Cemetery (55 Buffalo Trail Rd, Laurel, MT 59044).
