He is survived by: his parents, Zac Cummins and Elaine Cummins; his brothers, Lane and Connor Cummins; his grandparents, Barney Cummins, Loretta Birdinground, Jonathan Stone, Sr. and Victoria Lunderman; his great-grandparents, Floyd Horn, Ricky Birdinground (Anne), Juanita Harrison, Janice Wilson and Mary Helen Medicine Horse Jr. (Alex); his uncle Jesse; his aunts, Glendora Rides Horse (George) and Naomie Stone (TJ); and his cousins, Aiyana, David, Luke, Zander, Alex, LaZayne, Justin, Jadyss, Jesse, JaiLyn and Tayanna.
