We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2023, at the age of 85, Judy Frank of Billings, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Pauline Burns; and her brother Dick Burns. She is survived by: her husband George Frank; and her children, Kelly, Lisa and Andy. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of her favorite local charities: the Billings Animal Shelter.
