Kathryn Olness Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Olness of Billings, Montana, who passed away on March 5, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Eckley and Elaine Eckley; her brother Mike; and her brother-in-law Jim Root. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany, Taylor, Jacob and Megan; her husband Ernie; her sons, Ernie (Mary) and Brent (Helen); and her sisters, Jami Livengood (Scott) and Susan Root (Larry Thorne).
