He is survived by : his mother Shirley Hample; his significant other Vickie; his sons, Ty (Kyla) and Erik (Beth); his siblings, Tom (Nina), Curt, Ted (Kristen) and Becky (Sam); and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Andrea, Ashley, Austin, Seth and Thomas. He is also survived by aunts, uncle, and cousins.
