He was predeceased by: his parents, Margurite Thompson and Orville Thompson; and his sister Jean Drinkwalter. He is survived by: his former wife Connie Ward; his wife Maryellen; his children, Brian (Lea), Lisa and Josh (Melissa); and his sisters, Helen Scotson and Raenell Thompson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

All memorial donations will go to the Montana Rescue Mission, 2902 Minnesota Avenue, Billings Montana 59101.
