He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Arlington Cowger and Alma Nicholls Cowger; his brother Frederick David (Agnes); and his brother-in-law James B. Allison. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Maude Allison; his daughters, Malinda Rose (Lindy), Lindy Cowger and Susy Kegel (Kerry); his nieces, Pat Kilwine (Ian Meikle) and Marilyn Cowger; and his nephew Bill Beyl (Teresa).
