He is survived by: his wife Martha Pinnow Bell; his sister Aileen Estep; his children, Donna Loyd, Linda Chmiel, Lucy Martonik, Kathy Bell-Brown of Washington, Mary Reinek of New Jersey and John Bell of Tennessee; and his stepchildren, Anne Thawley-Hurd of Seattle, Billee Vermandel of Billings and Jay Kirkland of Shepherd. He is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
