He is survived by: his children, Lizzie Polk, Erin Polk (Jessie), Mandie Hermance, Andrew Hermance, AJ Brickel, Brandon Polk and Kyle Rantz. He is also survived by Papa P and is survived by his 11 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
