She is survived by: her sister Naomi Johnson (Charlie) of Arlington, SD; her nephews, Garth Johnson (Angela) of Arlington, SD and Matt Johnson of Washington State; her niece Sandy Lass (Jim Allensworth) of California; and her great-nieces, Harley, Sony and Mercedes Johnson.

“I met my dear friend Marilyn, in 1990, after my Mom died. She helped me through this time with such love and understanding. My 3 sons were 3 1/2, 2 1/2, and 2 months old. She loved my boys and the love she showed me, it was like she became my Step- Mom!! She was the yellow lab lady and I had my shelties. She is definitely with her Lord now. I WIll miss her.
