With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melissa Ann Petersen (Billings, Montana), who passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Gilmore and Beverly Gilmore (Patterson); her husband John Petersen; and her brother Daniel Gilmore. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Ellen Ackaret (Darrell); her sister Mevne 'Meg' Frank (Calvin); her daughter Tammy Rowcliffe (Michael); her stepchildren, Nick Petersen and Carrie Prado (Hubert); her grandchildren, Cassidy, Makenzie Langel, Taylor Corbett, Zach Langel, Bekah and Lily Prado; and her great grandchild Zayden Langel. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Liz's memory be made to your local animal shelter/rescue group.
