He is survived by: his wife Diane Kennedy; his children, Brian Phelps and Theresa Phelps; his grandchildren, Addison Mercier, Lily Mercier, Isabelle Phelps and Jace Phelps; his sister Michelle Hoferer; his uncle James Prescott (Josie); his aunt Isabel Hovel; his nieces and nephews, Robert Phelps, Robin Staufer, Heather Wilkerson and Kyle Hoferer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Butler, Jared Butler, Grace Butler, Kanden Butler Baird, Lucas Phelps, Tristan Wilkerson, Trevor Wilkerson, Ty Wilkerson, Alyssa Wilkerson, Abel Hoferer and Rily Hoferer. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
God orchestrated many miracles in the midst of Covid restrictions to allow for this surgery.
