He is survived by: his wife Patti Hodge; his sons, Dan (Amee), Tom (Ginny) and Brent (Katie); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Riley, Tanner, Taylor, Tyleigh, Hailey, Luke, Clayne, Braylee and Rylee; and his siblings, Bob (Pam), John, Kass (Brian), Tim (Tiffany), Lissa (Kevin), T. K. (Jody) and Kathy (Todd). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and close friends.
