He is survived by: his wife Janet J. Hollingsworth; his children, Tammy Adkins (Ron) and Kevin Costin (Jade); his sister Betty Brinkman (Ron); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Mckenna Costin, Kaiden Costin and Hunter Buck (Colin). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
