He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son David Frederick (Marisa); his grandchildren, Juan Benavides, Carlos Benavides, Nina Benavides, Leah Frederick, Braeden Frederick and Tanesha Frederick; his son Tom Frederick; his grandchildren, Kyer Frederick, Karina Frederick and Jacob Frederick; his daughter Jennifer Frederick; and his sister Mary Jo (Ray Toomey).
