He is survived by: his parents, David Staton and Gwen Staton; his children, Kayla, Skyy (Zaine) and Jacksun (Mackenzie); his grandson Dakota; his siblings, Travis Staton (Jen) of Billings, Katie Smart (Mike) of Billings and Wes Staton (Cass) of Billings; and his siblings' children, Colton, Karsen, Tristan, Dalton, Morgan, Rae, Tillman, Hanson and Carver.
A vigil service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Heights Family Funeral Home & Crematory (733 W Wicks Ln, Billings, MT 59105). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Q.'s Second Home.
