With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph J. Studer Jr. of Billings, Montana, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Suzanne and Jeanne; his extended family, Mary, Robert Scherger (Bob), Claire, Larry Chouinard, Dean and Connie Studer; his sister Claire; his significant other Cemie Hoagland; his father Ralph; his children, Kelly (Ralph), Steve (Sherry), Marie (Walter), Julie (Dan), Ralph (Kim), Michelle (Tim) and Jim (Andrea); and his son-in-law Joe Glennon. He was also cherished by 32 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.

“Dear Studer family, My husband and I were at Ft. Leonard Wood , Mo, with Ralph and Cemie. In the early ‘50s.. In fact, we shared a duplex and were dear friends, although they were from the West and we from the East Coast. We had sons born months apart which cemented our friendship. We visited them in the ‘70s and they came to see us in the ‘90’s. That was it, but we kept in touch via Christmas cards, and Ralph would often call me at Christmastime. Mary Welch East Greenwich RI”
