He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Osborn and Hazel Osborn; and his siblings, Agnes and Charles (Frances). He is survived by: his brothers, Roger, James and Fred; his daughter Beverly Shepard (Douglas) of Billings, MT; and also Agnes.

The family does ask instead of flowers a donation would be better. Donations can go to his daughter, Compasses Hospice, or the VFW in Ricks name.
