He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane W. Bailey and Floy L. Bailey; and his brothers, Duane W. Bailey, Jr., Donald L. Bailey and James R. Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Ann (Sam) and Roger (Lisa); his stepchildren, Polly Poindexter of Billings, Kelly Liegois (Marc) of LaMesa, Patrice Diane Poindexter of Billings and Paula Hall (Jeff) of Hayesville; and his grandchildren, Madison Bailey and Reed Bailey.
Dick was also an enthusiastic supporter of the Washington Apple Education Foundation, serving as a board member and treasurer for several years.
